Are the courses suitable for all ages? Yes! As per our Privacy Policy, Tusher Academy offers educational content suitable for students of all ages.
Can I download the video lessons? Our video lessons are streamed online through your student dashboard to maintain security. However, supplementary study materials like PDFs, worksheets, and resources are often downloadable.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept standard digital payments including popular mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), internet banking, and major debit/credit cards.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
- Physical Products/Eligible Services: You can request a return or refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Digital & Subscription Products: Online courses, live classes, downloadable materials, and active subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once access is granted.
How do I cancel my subscription? You can manage or cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly from your Account Settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
